Description

Nail disorder, non-syndromic congenital, 4 (NDNC4), is an autosomal recessive disease characterized by nail abnormalities ranging from onychodystrophy (dystrophic nails) to anonychia (absence of nails), without significant bone, hair or teeth anomalies.  Total anonychia congenita is the absence of all the fingernails and toenails.
