The Catalogue for Transmission Genetics in Arabs (CTGA) database is a continuously updated, open-access compendium of bibliographic material and observations on human gene variants and inherited, or heritable, genetic diseases in Arabs. The CTGA project helps define the scale of genetic disorders described in the Arab World, and serves as a valuable resource of Arab-specific genotypes and phenotypes for clinicians.
